Things To Do In Charleville

Situated in the Heart of Munster, between the cities of Cork and Limerick, Charleville is a hub of activity for all ages. Whether you are into fine dining, sport, theatre, live music or picturesque walks, then Charleville is the place for you.

Watch a G.A.A or rugby match or visit the Charleville Community Sports Complex situated at Charleville Soccer club where you will find a state of the art full sized Astroturf pitch. The town of Charleville also boasts a 27 hole golf course and 18 hole pitch and putt course.

If you like a leisurely walk in picturesque surroundings, then Charleville Town Park or the nearby Ballyhoura Mountains are ideal for this purpose.

For those of you with kids, Tir Na Nog play centre on Bakers Road is a great place to spend a few hours.

Charleville is blessed with an abundance of hairdressers and beauty salons such as Harmony, Mes Amis, Bliss and Rainbows. Rainbows have recently expanded into the beauty sector as well as hairdressing, so the salon is well worth a visit.

To sum up, Charleville is a great place to visit with plenty of things to keep everybody occupied.
